SAVAH organizes an annual event in Parkdale with local agencies to commemorate December 6th National Day of Remembrance to End Violence Against Women. On December 7, 2017, SAVAH organized an event at the Parkdale Library with Parkdale Project Read, Global Women’s Network, and the Parkdale Intercultural Association to raise awareness and discuss alternative projects to end violence against women.
